I have used VA Beach 2 times in the past  dozen years and no problem and 
fast turn around time.  But not cheap.    John mentioned Avid (Cliff 
Holland) and may not be aware that he is back in business.    He is kind of 
a guru on Kenwood HF stuff but not sure if he  works on your rig.  Drop him
