Ed,
I am using JAWS 15, Windows 7 and latest version of AC Log. If I do CTRL+Q
my latest contacts are there, arrow down to contact, press F10 and then
select Edit. Don't know if this the best way, it works for me.

Okay Tom and gang, I hope fingers and brain on the same page now.  I'm using
AClog version 4.4 with Jaws 15.  Windows 7.  After logging a DX contact and
then later trying to go back with the jaws curser jaws will not read across
a entry by using insert right arrow.  Logging works but getting to check my
entries is just blank.  I can go down the log and find an entry and try
reading but no luck.  The old version 3 worked perfectly.  Sorry for all the
band width.
