Oh that's ridiculous! That was a waist of a message. IF you don't have
anything helpful to say then why say it at all? Some of us use Jaws
everyday and have no problems with it... Just something to think about....
As far as your friends problem, I think you can unload AVG from the system
tray. Right click and choose exit.

The best way to solve all your Jaws problems is to not use it.
I am sorry if I am being blunt.
And, I am certainly not trying to be funny.
However, when you combine Jaws and, Windows 7 the combination is a an
attemp= t in futility.
Jaws looses focus after a while.
I find I have better luck with System Access.
