in that case, what would you reccomend for an antenna? do bare in mind 
I'm on a budget. I might just have to string up a 40 m length of wire 
and fiddle about with a tuner to match it. I can make a dipole easily 
enough but I need stealth and blind friendly. and I'm well aware that 
the two aren't synonymous with one another..
