If I'm not very much mistaken, the Artic Transport can also emulate an
Accent SA. But if you can't get it to work under Windows (Sorry,
I don't have anything on that), don't toss it out. It'll work under
Linux, and you may find another home for it if you can't use it
yourself. But I still wouldn't give up hope on it...unless, of course,
you really have one of the ISA cards, which really do require software
to make them work.
