I was just thinking, If you make a resonance length wire, you can run it 
around the baseboard of your room, and it will be quite effective.  The 
advantage of a balanced system, is it is less likely that you will get 
burned from FRO from the radio, less RFI, and a broader range for low SWR. 
When it comes to radios and antennas, it's what works that is the best 
system.  Remember, the best way to make contacts on HF with a poor antenna, 
is on CW.
