You wouldn't think that scanner question was on topic but it actually is.  I'm a skywarn coordinator who covers an area of 120 square miles from Oakland Maryland in Garrett county all the way down to Frederick.  I also cover an area which borders 4 states, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia and Maryland.  I've also taken cert training and plan on organizing a cert team where I can serve as a communications officer as well.  73- pat kk3f
