  Good evening,
I am using the Hy-gain HT3 Junior (thunderbird) triband beam. I believe it
has a 12 foot boom (I should have this memorized, right?).

It has worked surprisingly well, I am very pleased with it. I am only using
10 watts and have had very good success.

would be worth your consideration if it can fit your lot size.
