I checked DX Summit and someone reported him on 10112.5. I found him and 
worked him, using the beam, which has an SWR greater than 4:1 on 30 meters.

He is on 3525.5 at the moment, but I can't copy him well enough to try to
work him. Haven't worked him anywhere so far.
