Subject: I've been blacklisted

Got a postcard in the mail with no call or return address. Postmarked
Richmond VA, and a sticker on the rear printed thus:

**
You would be helping a lot of people by uploading your logs to LoTW;
you're now blacklisted in tests. Removed your call from super/partial
check. Sorry.

**

I thought they stopped blacklisting people in the '50's. Guess I'll
never work in Hollywood again.
