Hi Tom,
I'm not a Jaws user, but I think I remember seeing a complaint about version
8.0 and outlook express. Try upgrading to version 8.1, its a free upgrade,
and that might fix your problem.

Subject: another nagging Outlook Express Problem

Hi, all.

I have started experienceing a really nagging problem when reading Outlook
Express messages, especially those that I compose myself.

I'm using Jaws 8.0 and Windows XP here.

My typical way to read Outlook Express e-mails is to hit the "enter key" on
a message, and let Jaws do its thing. I'm finding that I can only get
through several lines of a message, and then Jaws stops reading.

If I do an Alt X to maximize the window, Jaws will read a little more, but
then stops once again.

I have tried re-setting my PC cursor, and that only helps somewhat.

Doing an Insert and a 2 on the number pad doesn't seem to solve the problem
either.

Is there some setting I need to change in Outlook Express or Jaws so that
Outlook Express e-mails read better?

Thanks for any help you can give on this.
