Most of the LG cell phones that verizon offers have speech on them already, 
but you're not going to have the total accessibility that you'd have with 
buying software from a third party vender.  That being said, it's better 
then nothing, and if you just want to do the basic functions, they'll suit 
you just perfectly.  Look for something called driving mode I think.
