I don't believe you can update any way except via disk drive.  However, if you
only want to transfer the update program rather than do a flash update hyper
terminal may work but I'd suggest using some other terminal program such as
Telix or one of those around on the internet.  I've been playing with hyper
terminal and am finding it unreliable and, I think unstalbe, in Win-XP.
