Ok well let me explain it to you as we review what's below.


  have the microphone with numeric keypad it's easy and there is no
   need to use the menu. Actually I never use the keypad mainly cuz I wore 
it out. So I scratched out the instructions about it. Moving along, let's 
see. To activate crossband repeat with out
a
   numeric keypad press the switch between the two squelch keys. Turn off
the
   radio.
   Press and hold the left bandswitch and turn on the radio. Do the same to
   deactivate. That's fine and all understood but then what's the key stroke 
for the UHF transmit. That was great for VHF transmit now what the keystroke 
for UHF? That's what I'm working on now. So if I want to bring a UHf frequ 
over to 2 meters, I can't yet.
