I took a look at the April qst and this sounds like an interesting little box.  My only question would be what software do you plan to use?  Apparently they supply software which may or may not get along with a screen reader.  I guess you can use other programs.  The fact that the one in the article used a "waterfall display" makes we wonder if it is easily usable.
