why don't you just reprogram the weather freqs into memory?
Unless you use scan on your memory channels, but even then, you just need to 
lockout the weather channel so it doesn't stop on that channel everytime you 
scan.
Seems allot easier than trying to reprogram the weather freqs to where they 
were originally.
