No, there's no way to make the menus or pl tones talk, But there are tricks
to find your position in the menus and you can directly enter the tone from
the keypad.

I'm trying to work out the detailed instructions now.

I know I previously said there wasn't, but does anyone know, on the tmv7a
how to make the menus talk? I said before that it was impossible. also is
there a way to make the voice synthesizer read you the tones.
