John,

You'll have no problem with the amplifier and tuner.  The radio comes with a 
hand mic which is certainly good enough until you decide what other mic to 
use.  Your decision is largely one of personal taste; I'm using an MC80, but 
others are using Heil mics.  I'd get a 35-amp supply, probably a linear one 
because I know I won't have problems with birdies.  Then again, switching 
supplies are smaller, and that may be a consideration if you don't have much 
space.  Of course, you'll want to find out which switching supplies are 
clean.
