Hi,
I personally do not see the value in ACB.  As for as PLO, 
Talaban, etc.  I am sure you can get a lot of discussion in a lot 
places for that.
The blindness issues are important to people on this list.
I for one do not think there is a compariffmn between NFB and 
ACB.  I do think we will never agre about this and since our 
primary interest 1so supposed to be Amateur Radio we might want 
to work on getting really accessible HT's and encouraging 
companies to continue making Speech Synthesizers for our Mobiles 
and HF equipment.
