Hi Anthony.

In all fairness, I don't think most sighted people have any clue about what
things constitute accessibility barriers.  In reality, if you adapt one
aspect of a radio, most sighted people will think that the radio is
adapted, and there is no problem.  It wouldn't surprise me if even the
engineers at Icom think so.
