I think, in fact I know, that your FRN is different from your "license
number."  I'm sure that the QRZ data base lists your license number, which
is a nine character (eight digit) number beginning with the letter "l".  For
example, my license number is:

l00084029

Like I said, I don't know whether the QRZ database lists your FRN number,
which has a different format, (a straight-out ten digit number, like as not
beginning with 000.)
