Probably not, this way its new every day.

Here is a very useful link about migrating to windows 7, and how to get 
e-mail.

Appearently windows live mail is a part of windows live essentials, which 
may or may not be a part of your windows installation.  I am very interested 
in thunderbird, I couldn't figure it out three years ago, but maybe with a 
new breakfast every day, I'll have better luck.
