Hi Jeff,
Either all of the talk groups are encrypted or the control channels are.  I 
can't copy any digital police traffic here anymore on my pro96.  It makes me 
really worry about our coming police state!

It's not the control channels that is  scrambled, but KDPS choosing to
encrypt all their talkgroups!
In Detroit, the MPSCS digital simulcast system doesn't do well
with teh Pro-96 and all the firmware updates in the world, but it is at
least 60% or so receiveable.
