Hi Howard,

Good point although we are used to getting stuff cheap these days.

Remember back in the early 1970's when gear used to cost nearly a
year's average wages.

Not sure how the pricing was in the u.s but in the u.k it is only recently
that prices have fallen.

I think I remember paying around £3,500 for my ts-950sdx so, taking
inflation in to account, in real terms, I suppose they have not gone up
much.

Now down to the real important questions:-

How well does it work?

Is it accessible?
Does it put real performance before the gymics?
