If the harp is used for weather, I wouldn't be surprised.  I used to know a
guy, many years ago, who had a high security clearance at SAC air base in
Omaha where I lived.  Whenever you asked him what he did there, he would
say, I work with weather and don't bother asking me anything else about it
because I can't say.
