You are correct about the off-set issue on band B.  I just checked it, and 
there's no off-set.  I am kind of  embarrassed that I didn't think about 
that.  Duhhhhhhh!

Does this mean that the auto-repeater off-set function doesn't work for band 
B?

Or, do you have to turn that on for VFO B somehow?

It seemed to be already on for band A., and I just wrongly assumed that it 
was on for band B.

Let me know if you get this, and I'll do some playing around in the 
meantime.

But, the problem was definitely with the off-set, or should I say, the lack 
of one on band B.
