Hi Steve and the group,
     Well, after giving it some thought, I opened the mike again and removed
the element. Then, since it had been a speaker mike, I soldered the speaker
in place of the element. I used the wires going to the 3.5 MM plug so that
it would fit my Heil adapter. Any way when I talk loudly in to this new
element I can trip the VOX. So, I have the wiring right. Its just a matter
of working out the bugs in the element. Its a project. Hi Hi.
