Hi Harvey,

What screen do you get when you are in the browser and you press either 
insert + V or insert + shift + V?

With insert + V, you should hear JAWS say adjust JAWS options and you should 
be placed in a tree view where you can use either your arrow keys or first 
letter navigation to select items.  If you press insert + shift + V, you 
should hear JAWS say 'personalized settings for <the web page you are 
currently viewing>' and you will also be placed in a tree view from which 
you can make the selections as described above.

Ron, I can't find what you are talking about.  The only things I can find
under verbosity when I press insert V are beginner, intermediate and
advanced levels.  I see nothing else there.
