His first name is Julius, I think www.w2ihy.com or something like that is 
the address. Form personal experience and that of friends of mine, I can say 
you can't deal with a better person. He came 6 hours to my friend's house 
once when he had a hum in his unit to see what the problem was and replaced 
the unit right there for him personally.
