I Phil,

There are several programs around, one I can recall is atomtime98, but not sure of the url for that.

Also I think there are some clock-setting programs on the jfwlite page,

http://www.jfwlite.com  I believe.

If you have xp, it should set your clock automatically.  But, check out the jfwlite page as there's lots of neat stuff there under the programs link.
