If that is true, then why when it was tried year round in 1974 did it fail 
most in the north where kids were waiting for school buses in the dark and 
in some cases getting hurt because of visibility problems?  As an energy 
saver, it is a hoax because whatever you save in the evening you use in the 
morning.  They just cancel each other out.  Congress was sold a bill of 
goods.
