Perhaps the Braille production is not completely in the hands of
operating staff. In the past we have had our electric, natural gas
and phone/cell phone bills in Braille. Very convenient.
Our bank does not offer checking or credit card accounts in Braille,
but they are easily available online and via phone. And we're
otherwise completely satisfied with our bank and their staff so no
Braille ain't a big deal.
