Hi all:

My XYL and I installed my G5RV this past weekend and I'm only tuning on the top portion of 80, 40 and 20.
Its in an inverted V but I don't have the 10 turns coax balun done, I need to cut off allot of access coax, better to have too much than not enough and the feed line is running parallel to one of my antenna legs but about one foot or so below.
Should I move that leg away from the coax and use the 10 turn coax balun? I know I got to shorten up my coax, got about 30 feet too much.
