Hi Mike and list;
I couldn't think of the name of the foolish thing but I would certainly 
look into  the steppir prior to spending serious money.  Even if your 
club had issues with a beam from the company a vertical might be easier 
to tie down and the fact that tuning would be a breeze would be a real 
plus.  If those wires would just vanish from my yard I would definitely 
have to investigate further.
