What is the purpose of the net?  It seems like the only purpose for this one 
is to generate activity on the repeater.  Unless the net has some other 
purpose, you're likely to get lots of "no comment" or "just here for the 
numbers" check-ins which does little more than establish a count for the 
NCS.
