The 7 key won't work.  I cannot change the tone status.  I keep pressing the 
7 key and only get a high beep.
The 8 key won't work when listening to a repeater.  I only get a high beep.
In order to hear the b band, I have to hold the mono  key.  When I use the 7 
key, I only get a high beep.  The radio acts like some functions are locked 
out.
