I spent yesterday afternoon looking at the qst product review for the 
tmg710.  Has anyone tried this radio?  Lots of very strange features that 
left me wondering.  Apparently you can use it to set up your own echo link 
node.  Why?
Also you you can connect it to some sort of second aprs receiver but I never 
figured out the why of that either.
