that means 2 meters is open.  When you hear weather from arkansas and you're 
in Iowa plan for having some fun.  That happened to me once when I was 
living in d.c. and I was able to work texas, arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and 
Oklahoma on fm simplex like they were locals.  73- pat kk3f
