One thing to consider with water piope grounds for higher floor
dwellers is the propensity for water utilities to put in a connection
from the building to the water main which doesn't alolw ground to work
properly as they break the electrical bond between the cold water
piping inside the dwelling and the mains. this is to keep galvanic
action from working on the mains or so i've been told. Be aware of
that when trying to get results using a cold water pipe ground.
