I need to replace the coax on my G5RV antenna. Can someone tell me the length of the rg8x portion or how to calculate this?

I think if I recall correctly the antenna is 52 or 55 per leg with 30 something for the 450 ladder line.

I discovered last night that the coax was missing from the rest of the antenna when I was gathering parts for this weekend's camping trip. I plan to take the 430 and the tuner as well so will tune the antenna as needed.

Also, while on the subject, anyone got a good method for getting a leader line over a tree branch to hang the antenna from?

thank you!
