I have "seen" these boats.  They are remarkable indeed.  As a matter of
fact, in Los Angeles where I live there are classes for blind sailing
(technically Marina del Rey).  Someday, I would like to do it.

Actually there are several dingies designed for folks with no or little
lower body movement. puff and sip controls for the sheets and tiller and the
lot. Cost like sin though.
