        I found lots of good information on tape restoration, and the evolution of
tape.  I always wondered why my cheap radio shack tape works perfectly and
my expensive tape made ten years later, does not.  Now I know.
Assuming that their are other people with recordings on here, old air
checks, qsts, etc.  Here is a good link.

Once I learned from you guys, that the method is to bake a tape, the rest
was simple.
