10 meters is open to much of Europe right now, phone and CW.  And the 
Iranian over-the-horizon radar is right below 28.0, perhaps 50 KHz wide.

It sure is nice to hear Japan coming in so well on 12 meters again.  Lots of
Central and South Americans, too.  I haven't tuned before noon, come to
think of it, so I don't know if Europe is coming through on 12 yet or not.
