Hi Richard;

I am almost certain that the 710 replaced the TM-D700.

It has provisions for both Echolink and Aprs.

I bought a TM-V71A.

The radio works as advertised.

It has provisions for Echolink so, if you don't need Aprs, then the TM-V71A
will fit the bill just fine.
