just remember, that if you lower it to work NVIS on the low bands, it'll 
compremise it's effectiveness on higher bands like 40 and 20 meters.
20 meters is not an NVIS type band, and the higher your antenna on 20, the 
better off you are.
I would recommend making another antenna specifically for NVIS work instead 
of compremising your antenna that seems to work well on 20 right now.
you'll gain performance on 80 and perhaps 160, but lose a whole lot on 40 
and up if you lower it.
