Hi List;

You can manage the pl tones if you count the dial clicks however, your much better off with the software.

It will use the same cord as the ICOM W32A to go from the radio to the pc.

  The manual's on icom's site. It's not any more accessible than are the other 
  Icom mobile radios, you can probably manage most things but not PL tones I 
  wouldn't think. I could be wrong though,  the manual is on icom's site
