Actually, now that there are four-digit IRLP nodes (used to be
three-digit), you probably have to dial like this:
The N3APP node here in Erie is node number 4300. Back in the days
before a couple months ago, it was 430. Back then, to access, you'd
dial up 4300 and to drop it you'd type 4301. So I suspect you have to
dial 43000 and 43001 respectively.
