Hello all,

In the next few days I need to go north up the  califronia coast from near
San Diego to coastal No CA.  I am not able to use the standard methods,
bus, train or plane, so must find another way.  I am willing to share
expenses.

Also, if anyone has any suggestions or ideas these are welcome too.
