Hello All,

A very useful web site is Trace R&D at <http:/trace.wisc.edu>

They have lots material dealing with access and assistive device for those who
are blind or low vision, including blind journals.

They also have an inexpensive CD rom full of data. The list of information on
assistive devices and reports, studies, resources etc is beyond belief. They
even have a copy of the ADA, Access regs and other goodies like funding info.
Give it a try.
