cross-platform, thin client solution has been developed specifically to
meet the needs of students, educators, and administrators, regardless of
their choice of computer operating system, browser, or available Internet
connection. Version 3.0 adds accessibility features that make it possible
for individuals with disabilities to produce and deliver live meetings,
classes and events, as well as to attend and participate in live webcasts."
"EASI has been monitoring HorizonLive's progress over the past several
months. We have been pleased with their understanding of the issues
faced by people with disabilities, when trying to access live web-based
classes and events," explained Professor Norman Coombs, EASI CEO. "We are
excited to participate in this premiere event, and look forward to
gathering and providing feedback from the accessibility community."
